Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of summerlinbaby.com and your purchases from Summerlin Baby (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order; if we cancel after payment, you receive a full refund. Prices are in USD and may change without notice, but never for an order already placed.

Pre-orders. Pre-ordered items are charged at checkout and ship within the window stated on the product page. You may cancel any time before your item ships for a full refund. See our Returns & Replacements policy for what happens after delivery.

Digital products. Digital purchases are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You may print, send, and post them personally; you may not resell, redistribute, or use them commercially.

Intellectual property. All designs, artwork, text, and the Summerlin Baby name and mark are our property. Nothing on this site grants you any license to use them beyond the personal-use license above.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your rights as a consumer under Nevada law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
